Orbitz has good deals to fly to Kiev or Bucharest Romania then how do I travel??? Help !!! time is secondary to expense...I speak only english....

Fly. Aerosvit and Ukrainian Airlines will have flights from Kiev and if you book ahead of time, they can be quite cheap. From Bucharest, I don't think Tarom flies to Chernivtsi. However, you can take Carpatair which will go through Timisoara. Kiev will probably be the easier option.
