We are planning a trip to Krakow and Prague in August. We are also planning on a sidetrip to Auschwitz. We would like to find travel arrangements from Auschwitz to Prague. If we would drive, is the trip difficult? Is there an agency where we could contract with a driver to take us to Prague from Krakow and/or Auschwitz? Thanks for any suggestions on this question.

It's a long drive. Otherwise no difficulties. Cheaper would be to go by train. There is one direct overnight train plus several more which require changes.

We left Prague, stopped at Auschwitz for an afternoon, continued on to Krakow, easy drive. Two of us went back to see Auschwitz 2/Birkenau the next day. There is a lot to see, with or without a guide. There is signage but a GPS is handy if you rent a car.
