Try Aegean airlines. I'm flying from Istanbul to Mykonos via Athens. Think I paid about 100 euro.

Check skyscanner.com for the cheapest flights on your specific travel dates. Right now Olympic Air and Turkish Air are both considerably cheaper than Aegean.
