Take the Leonard Express to Termini and a train to Civit ... It is a commuter run - 3 to 4 an hours, 45 mins to 1.15, 8 to 12E depending on the train. Another option that maybe a little more complication is to take the local train from Termini to Trastevere and local to Civit.. That would be a little cheaper. Trastevere is a stop on the way to Termini and a stop on the way to Civit in the opposite direction. In Termini you have a pretty go walk with your luggage to change trains. At Trastevere it is just one platform to another. Once at Civit, when you exit the station you probably can see you cruise ship on your right. About a half mile walk to port entrance and shuttle bus from the entrance to your ship. Just follow the crowd, you will have lots of company.
