Tours of Mostar from Dubrovnik and then to Split

We are looking for a driver/guide to take us from Dubrovnik to Mostar and then to Split? Does anyone know of someone who would do that? We want someone who is knowledgable of history and culture. We will be traveling in late October, early November.
