Planning a week in St. Petersburg late May then bus to Tallin. Will rent a car when we are leaving Tallin for a couple weeks in Estonia & Latvia. What's a reliable broker for getting our visa?
Anybody have a car rental company in Tallin to recommend?

I used this firm: http://www.gotorussia.net/ If you're arriving in St Pete. via air they can also arrange a car to deliver you to your hotel. Taxis waiting at the terminal are controlled by the mafia and will charge you over 100 euros.

We used gotorussia.com last summer and it went smoothless. The supplied the invitation letter at no additional charge and the hotel we used in Moscow handled recording in Russia at no charge. We also booked train accomodations from Mos to St.P thru gotorussia. LUX Express from St. P to Tallinn provides nice service. Ride is not too exciting but about the only decent way to get to Tallinn.
