Does anyone know the name of a private tour guide in Zurich?

No, but if you post this in the "West" forum you get more answers. Also, there are much nicer places to visit in Switzerland other than Zurich.

I agree with the other post. My husband and I were just in London, Paris, Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, Lake Como and Lake Maggiore in May 2009. Then we went to just London and Paris in May of this year. Switzerland is beautiful, but the whole country is full of smokers. They smoke even inside buildings. The smoking totally ruined the country for us. The train station in Lucerne and Xurich were terrible with smoke. Zurich has lost it appeal to us, since we were there in 1970. There really isn't anything to see in Zurich.. Lucerne is better. Plus you can do a number of day trips using Lucerne as your base. We took the William Tell rail tour and the Bernina Express. Even Lugano (on the Italian border is pretty. The smokers weren't as bad as in Berne, Lucerne and Zurich. We stayed in Lugano and did day trips to Lake Como and Lake Maggiore in Italy.
