Torum, Poland Hotel Recommendation?

For those who have been to Torum, I am looking for any recommendation on hotels. I have checked out Tripadvisor, etc. but want to hear from readers of this forum. Also, has anyone used StayPoland to book hotels?

Hotel Petit Fleur was clean, comfortable, and the desk clerks generally knew at least some English. If you are traveling by train, you need to take the bus (easy connection) between the station and the big square that marks the entrance to old town Torun. Walk through the gates and H. Petit Fleur is a 2 minute walk to your right. We had a room just one flight up so we didn't mind the lack of elevator. When we visited in October, there was access to a free computer.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have been looking at the Petite Fleur - esp since I can get rooms there if booking through StayPoland. It is not in the main building but save a fair bit.

A hotel opposite of that suggested above is Hotel Gotyk. I stayed there when I visited Torun (Thorn) in July 2005. They both have good restaurants in the hotel. Would I go back to Hotel Gotyk...a definite yes. Language was never a problem with the hotel staff in the cities where I had hotel accomodations, Krakow, Warsaw, Gdansk (Danzig), or Torun, since they spoke either German or English or both. Can't recall where I got the hotel's name, it wasn't from Trip Advisor, which I don't use at all.
