To the East/ Greece

What to pack for 2 weeks in Greece (Crete, Santorini, Naxos, Athens) Sept. 11-26? I am 58 (female), fairly trim and walk a lot...no jeans but usually ankle length pants, skirts and T dresses (think Eileen Fisher). I've been told it'll still be hot...? I usually rely a lot on black, but wonder if that looks out of place in a hot climate. Advice?

Greetings from Cottage Grove. You can wear whatever you like, there is no hard and fast rule about casual dress. The keyword is "Casual" and it's definitely up to you what you feel comfortable in and what you want to bring. No one will thing twice about you wearing black. It will not be as hot as it gets in July and August, but it will still be plenty warm.

Eileen Fisher is a woman's clothing designer!
Sorry this question is mistitled- I find the RS format confusing.

I bring a lot of black to Greece in September. I usually don't wear it head to toe (i.e. with black capris I'll wear a colored top) but you probably could if you want (although it might be a little warm). You might want to add some walking-length shorts or capris to your packing list. I don't think I've ever worn ankle length pants in Greece in September. Do bring a lightweight jacket or lightweight fleece for evenings and ferries. Have fun!
