Hi! I've read about stuff to do here online, what should I NOT miss? Also, water temp will be around 70, is that warm enough to swim? Thanks!

I would consider the Byzantine Museum a must see. Also, the Archeological Museum, Arch of Galerius, and Roman Agora are worth a visit. Don't forget a nice stroll along the waterfront, and if you're up for a hike consider walking the walls of the ancient city.

Hi - did you go to Thessaloniki yet? We are looking at driving from Istanbul to Athens in September and are thinking of stopping in Thessaloniki. What did you think of it and any recommendations?

Agree with the above - also check out Ladadika for tavernas and restaurants.
