Ten Days in Four Countries

Our party of 25 arrives in Budapest where we will spend two days and then be bused to Vienna for a day, then to Prague for two more days and on to Krakow, Poland, for a destination wedding four days when everything is planned. Not everybody will want to do the same thing but I'd be interested in knowing what are "don't miss" sites at each city we visit given the time we're there.

i would skip Vienna for sure. Budapest is great for walking around. Visit a bath if you have time. Spend one day on the Buda side and the other on the Pest side. See the House of Terror museum. Prague-i thought the changing of the guard and the astronomical clock show were way overrated and can easily be missed in the short time you are there. Again walk lots, go to Old Town Square, see Charles bridge, cross over to Prague castle and see St Vitus Cathedral.
Krakow-Aushwitz, Old Town, St Marys Church, Wawel Hill. You don't have much time and ideally I would only see Prague and Krakow with that time as when you include travel time it will be incredibly rushed. I hope that you are all active enough to be prepared for tons of walking!

Too many countries in 10 days, especially for 25 people traveling together of most likely varing ages and health. I know this personally from shlepping folks around with me around europe each year. The bigger the group, the more simple the must do plans should be. Over achivers in the group can go off on their own in the destination cities. Rick Steves books have items prioritized & you should start there. Keep it down to not more than 2 major sites &/or musuems a day for the broad part of the group. I agree with Kate. Skip Vienna, as 1 day is not enough for that city and too tiring for many folks to change sleeps/cities so often. Go straight to Prague. Try to stay a min of 3 nights in each location.
