Tel Aviv to Capadoccia

What is the easiest way to get from Tel Aviv to Capadoccia? Most travel agents have us going to Istanbul and then to Capadoccia. We originally planned to go to Ankara and then to Capadoccia, but were deterred because of 4 hour bus trip.
