We left Athens this morning after a week long trip. We didn't have any problems at all w/civil unrest. We even attended the Greece Indepedence Day parade at Syntagma Square awesome experience to see their patriotism in action. The Greek people were awesome our whole stay. However, as we took an early Metro ride to the airport this morning, we found out that we've missed striking of Metro workers by mere hours as they were to start @11am today.
