Can anyone recommend a great little place to stay on Mykonos, in September? There will be four of us, all women. We don't really want a big hotel, if there even is such a thing there, but something smaller and quaint. Price range...around 100 euros per night for a double room. Also, is the trip to Delos worth it, or would a two night stay be better spent seeing something else? Thanks to all!

Delos is definely worth the short boat ride over. We didn't stay on Mykonos so can't help you with the hotel. Try Matt Barrett's website at www.greektravel.com His recommendations are generally pretty good.
I second the endorsement of Delos. You'll see antiquities you can't find anywhere else. And, besides, there's not much to compete for your time in Mykonos except the beaches.
In 2007 we stayed at the Mykonos Beach Hotel which has a great view of the city. It is a short walk from town so it is very quiet. There uis a small beach across from the hotel and a very nice and popular beach restaurant.
Delos is a must.
You can also look in Lonely Planet, Frommers, Lets Go, and Rough Guides for recommendations. We stayed right on the waterfront, but between the restaurant below and the nightclubs going from midnight to 7 am, I would recommend getting away from the town center.
www.tripadvisor.com and www.fodors.com have lots of hotel recommendations and opinions from regulars and past visitors.
We stayed at the Deliades and it was lovely.
Was in Mykonos this past May and stayed at Rochari, found it on trip advisor, great reviews!
The views are stunning, price great, free pick-up from airport and ferry as well as drop off, great location loved everything but... bad breakfast!
It might be over your price range but they have a suite that sleeps 5 for 200 euros
