Spa in Karlovy Vary

It appears that most if not all the spa's in Karlovy Vary are part of the hotel. Do you have to stay at the hotel to use the spa services (pool, massage,etc) or can we just pay for spa w/o staying at the hotel?

Most of spa procedures has to be scheduled. Tourist office in Prague should be able to advise you how to do it.
