Snorkeling in Naxos, Santorini, or Chania Crete?

Planning to go to these destinations in June/July of this year. I have never snorkeled, but am wondering if people have found any good opportunities for snorkeling in Naxos, Santorini, or near Chania, Crete? Thanks!

Snorkeling around Santorini is lousy. There's nothing under water but sea grasses and algae-covered rocks. I'm pretty sure the same thing applies to Naxos. No idea about Crete.
