What is the "dried fruit blend" smoked in Istanbul that Rick mentioned in his Mediterranean Mosaic episode? I can't find any turkish dried fruit smoke to buy or recipe to mix it for myself

When we were in Istanbul a couple of years ago during Ramadan, we were invited to smoke a hookah at some of the after-dark sidewalk tents and we were assured that what we'd be smoking was a flavored herbal product that was "100% tobacco-free."
If you google "herbal shisha" you will find it.
I'm pretty sure this is what Rick was talking about.
