Skiathos #2/Volos

OK, we're leaving next Thursday for Volos, and off to Skiathos the next day for 1.5 days. Any suggestions on what we should NOT miss? We'll be traveling fast. We come back to Volos early Sunday, any suggestions for there too? Thanks!!
