I am considering on of these two countries for a day trip from Dubrovnik. Which would you choose and which city as far as for scenery and things to see and do? Thanks!

I haven't been to Serbia but Montenegro is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended. You can easily find bus tours to the Bay of Kotor and Budva, or you can rent a car and drive yourself. Be sure to bring your passport either way, and be prepared for a bit of a wait at the border crossing.
