september in Krakow

Do I need air conditioning for sleeping late august/early september in Krakow. Hate to lose a night's sleep when we only have 3 days.

Usually not. But now with global warming who knows.

Mar, we were in Krakow last September. It was mid-September. The temps were about 10 degrees above average. We didn't have AC in our B&B. Since we only had one window, there wasn't a cross breeze, so it was a bit warm in our room. But, we're used to central AC at home, and I keep it really cold at night... Anyway, if the temps are not above normal, you'll probably be fine. My husband jokes that I'm menopausal, though, because I'm ALWAYS hot... I think most normal people would be perfectly comfortable! Enjoy Krakow. It's a really great little city!

Hi Mar, I was in Krakow in September 2010. Our hotel didn't have AC and it was fine. I think September is a great time of year for travel. We were there for 4 days and the weather was mostly good, there was only one day of rain and the rest of the time no jacket required!
Have a great time!
