Anyone been in Samos lately -- past summer will do. Any info on or experience with day trips to Ephesus. Trying to piece together a last minute (early June) trip to the Greek Isles. We were in Kusadasi/Ephesus last summer and would like to return if we can get to Samos easily.

Sorry I don't have any answers for you, Frank. But maybe you are the person to answer my question. We will be arriving on the island of Samos on an Easy Cruise at 3 PM., (leaving the next morning at 2 AM). Is this too late in the day to take a trip to Ephesus?

I did this trip in opposite direction last late October. It should be doable. It all depends on Ferry schedule which is somewhat flexible.
