Has anyone taken this tour lately? One of the items noted for this tour is to travel on a bus without a toilet - My question is - how often does the bus stop then? Or will it be an issue if I will need a stop every few hours.

Stella - Rest stops were scheduled at least every couple of hours (2.5 hours max). They would also try to find the nearest place if needed in between scheduled stops. We only made one unscheduled stop on the entire Greece trip. This year in Turkey, we made no unscheduled stops.
