Hi! I'm needing to find the cheapest way to get to Antalya from Rome, willing to travel to the bottom of the boot to take a boat but needing the best way and the cheapest!!! Muchas gracias!

There's no good way to travel cheaply between those points. You could take the train from Rome to Brindisi and a ferry between Brindisi and Cesme on the Aegean coast (near Izmir), but that's quite a ways from Antalya on the Mediterranean coast. The ferry takes about two days, not counting train to Brindisi and a bus between Cesme and Antalya.
Much quicker and probably not any more expensive (and maybe cheaper) is to take a discount airline from Rome to somewhere in Europe where you can catch another discount airfare to Antalya. Try whichbudget.com and see what you can find. For example, Air Berlin flies Rome to Berlin or Frankfurt and then from either German city to Antalya. If you book far enough in advance, you can do this fairly cheaply. Good luck!!
If you study a map of the area you are considering, it will help you decide on the best way to travel.
As an experienced independent traveler, I will guess that there is no best and cheap way to go. Travel methods in that part of Europe are no designed to help tourists.
Try this site: skyscanner.com
It will provide you with the airlines that fly that route.
Or combine train and fly.
