I received an email that I have a private message. I clicked on my profile and was asked to enter my email address and password, which I did. I then clicked on my profile to read my message. I clicked on the message and was then told to enter my email and password. When I entered the email and password, I was again sent to Travelers Helpline.
After doing the exact same things with the same result, I decided to enter this post.
Is something wrong with my account or with private messages or profile?
to whom should I write or whom should I call to address this problem?

Elinda: There seems to be a minor glitch on the website and if a person has enough PM's eventually this happens to all of us. Usually it mysteriously resets and is fine. It can't hurt to contact the Webmaster, as Steve already suggested (and you can do that by clicking the blue Contact US hypertext, at the bottom of this page).
The single most imprtant factor is to use Internet Explorer for Rick's Site!! Anything else such as AOL can result in problems
For those of us who are fortunate enough to be using Safari/Mac, I have never had a problem associcated with this site, either posting or retrieving messages.
