I know it's not strictly speaking on the "To the East" list, but can anyone recommend a good tour guide for Egypt? I'm going with a group and can't plan out most major destinations, but would like to know more about Cairo, especially the Cairo museums. Also Alexandria and Luxor. We will have some free time to explore in those cities. I don't need a guide book with history (I have a degree in ancient art history, mostly Egypt), but more logistics, getting around, and must-see tourist destinations. Thanks!
