We've got our itinerary nailed down now. Everything except Paros accomodations. We're looking for clean, decent accomodations in Parikia area, close to tavernas and shops, ac, tv, hoping to have a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Anybody have any favorities?

They're just a short distance off the left side of the Paros/Parikia Skymap. But you can go to the Alexandra's Rooms website to see a google map. Just zoom out a couple of cliks to get the right perspective. Hotel Paros is right next door to Alexandra's Rooms.
Take a look at Alexandra's Rooms and Hotel Paros. They're next to each other and are across the street from a calm beach. There's one room at Alexandra's that has a large private balcony with a great view. There are shops and restaurants close by. Both are just a short 15-minute walk from the ferry dock (keep the water on your left shoulder).

I'm looking at the Skymap interactive map of Parkia that was posted on tripadvisor, but can't seem to locate either of these accomodations on that map. Is there another landmark closeby?

FYI- For others considering Alexandra's Rooms. Their email domain server ath.forthnet.gr will discard anything sent from a yahoo.com domain email address as spam.
So, for at least the time being, you should send any communications to them from another email address other than a yahoo.com address.
