I am scheduled to fly into Prague, arriving at 6:00(PM). I have a few extra days at the beginning of the trip and would like to visit Krakow. I am wondering if I will have enough time to get from the airport (arriving around 6) to get to the overnight train that leaves at 9:30. Does anyone have any idea if this is a doable plan? I don't know how far apart the two are or how early I need to be at the train station. Thanks for your advice!
You won't have to be at the RR station early except to find the correct coach and verify it before boarding.
When I travel I always ask to be sure I am taking the correct action. There will always be someone to help you.
When I board a train I always ask passengers if I am in the right car to get me where I want to go. European trains drop off cars in transit without stopping; so if you are in the wrong car you will regret it.
If you take a taxi, three and a half hours should be enough time; ask the driver before getting in.
Dont rely on public transportation to get you there.
