public laundromats in Croatia and Montenegro

I am interested in finding out if there are public launderettes in Zagreb,Dubrovnik, Opatija, and Budva. I want to travel lightly and knowing there are places to do laundry would help a lot.

Hi Jill,

I can only help you a little, and that is to say there are no public launderettes in Opatija, but there is one in neighboring Rijeka. There is also one in Split, if your travels take you through there. I'm just not sure about the other towns, although I would imagine Zagreb has at least one.

This is one service that Croatia seems to be missing, so anyone out there looking for an overseas business opportunity, there are plenty of weary, dirty, and maybe even a little smelly travelers out there who would be willing to pay...
