Any one have a private guide for a one day tour from Bucharest to the Pele and Bran Castle's? Gracias

I don't know of any guide in Bucharest, but I don't believe you can do Peles and Bran in one day. Bucharest to Peles takes about 2.5 hrs in good traffic, then from Peles to Bran I think another 1.5 hr at least. You will travelling thru mountains with sharp curves, so it will take some time.
Or you might want to leave Bucharest very early in the morning.
