Checking the rail information from Praha to Munich, I see, as one of the options, an "Express Bus." What is an express bus and who would want to take a bus?

According to those who have taken it, the express bus to Prague is a modern, comfortable, air conditioned, double-decker over-the-road coach with a rest room, snack bar, and attendant. The bus takes about 5 hours. Advance purchase tickets start at €29 and are date and bus specific and non-refundable. There are also two direct trains from Munich Hbf to Prague and one train connection with a dedicated change in Schwandorf. The train takes 6 hours. You can go to Pilsen with a Bayern-Böhmen ticket (€24 for one person, €34 for up to five) and buy a Czech Rail ticket from Pilsen to Prague for another about €6/p (in Czech Koruna).
