Was in Prague in 2004. Ate at a restaurant near the US Embassy. It was unique in that there was a complete table setting - table, 4 chairs, silverware, china- fastened upside down on the ceiling. I did't note the name of the place. Can anybody help with a name?
Believe me, the description is not the result of too much of that great Czech beer.
