I have a 6am flight out of Prague airport. Will I be able to show up there at 11pm, and just sit and wait? Any place to sleep there?

You can certainly sit and wait there but why would you do it. You can stay in a hotel and take a taxi to the airport. There are also two hotels in walking distance from the terminal. Courtyard by Marriott and hotel Tranzit.
