I am trying to book a reservation at the Residence Masna but the contact info in your book does not seem to work. Do you have updated info?
I did find a place with the same name, seems like a similar location, but they say they are not in your book: Masna 5 at Prague City Apartments. Seems very nice, though. Any info?

This is a forum, no representatives from Rick Steves are going to reply to you on here... But to help you, I simply put the name of the apartments on an online search and came up with this: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g274707-d601862-r54637624-Residence_Masna-Prague_Bohemia.html
I check any accommodations on Tripadvisor before I book. And there are other comparable websites that serve the same purpose if you want more feedback or you don't like the site...
