Am a solo lady traveller, elderly and need a central but reasonable hotel/hostel/BnB in Prague for around E50 per day.Have just 3 days to spend in Prague and want to cover as much as possible. Any suggestions will be very welcome.

You may want to define what you mean by "central", because this could describe Wenceslaus Square, the Old Town, New Town or the area by the Castle.

I recently stayed at Hostel Prague Lion and was very happy with it. It's in the New Town but all of the main sights were definitely walkable. We paid $26 each per night but there were 3 of us sharing a room, not sure of the cost for a single room.
