Has anyone stayed at the Pension Vetrnik in Prague? It looks absolutely wonderful, completely what I am looking for..the location seems a little further out, just wondering how easy it is to get into town to see the sights!

I haven't stayed there, but looking on the map, you are correct, it is quite far from the main tourist areas. But it looks like you're close to either a bus or tram station. Both are easy and relialbe to use.

It will probably take you about 15-20 minutes with tram to get to the Old Town area. It's definitely doable but not an ideally situated place for trips back to the room in case you forget something.

Yes, I really wanted to stay there on my first trip to Prague, but the location was just a little too far out.

It looks really beautiful but it's a long way out. I've eaten out that way a couple of times and think you're looking at around 30 - 35 minutes to get to the centre.
Having said that it looks great and public transport in Prague is cheap and reliable, so it depends on your priorities.
