Paris and Turkey - Clothing in September

If you want to wear white, wear white. But personally, I can't keep white clean for more than half a day, especially when travelling.

Thanks, I know that white is difficult, but I feel cooler, and bring things that wash well and dry quickly.

The average highs in Paris for that time of year is in the low 70's with lows in the high 50's. But those a verages are from before the recent warming trend. Be prepared for it to be a little warmer. If you plan on being outside after sunset i would bring some sort of cover for the chill.

Thanks everyone. I always bring something to layer with. Three years ago in Paris at the end of August, it was blazing hot. Two weeks later when we returned, it was raining and cold enough for a lightweight coat at night. Once in Germany, I had to purchase a heavy coat. So I've learned the hard way

Carol, I suspect that you're a much tidier person than me!! I think I have a hole in my lower lip. But seriously- James's suggestion to bring something to cover up in the evenings is a good one.
