Depends on how much time you'll have and how you plan to travel (car or public transport).
A simple/fast suggestion would be to get by plane or train to Suceava, see the local St. John monastery then go to Gura Humorului and walk to the two nearby monasteries (Humor and Voronet).

What kind of suggestion? The monasteries are definitely worth seeing. I have been to Moldova and I'd spend more time in Romania over time in Moldova, although it was interesting.
