Ottoman Military Band Concert - Istanbul

In the Rick Steves "Istanbul" guidebook, he mentions a daily performance by the Ottoman Military Band at the Military Museum auditorium (Istanbul). Most of the internet photos I've seen of this band show them marching somewhere outdoors, not in an auditorium. Would anyone know for certain whether this band concert is an indoor or outdoor event?
