I am with two teen girls (age 15) and want to do a side trip out of BudaPest. Both of these tours seem like great places to visit. Any opinions?

Is this meant to be a day trip or an overnight?
Eger is about 2 hrs away and makes for a nice overnight.
Others will chime in on the close in places on the Danube Bend.

I believe all the Danube bend places can easily be done as day trips from Budapest. In fact, if you have your own transport you can probably do all 3 places in one day. Eger too can probably be done as a day trip though it was pleasant being there overnight.
We stopped in Eger for one night last year but we were continuing onto Kosice, Slovakia and then into Ukraine. Were possible, I try to avoid backtracking.
