I am going to be in Warsaw for one day. I am flying in and arrive around 10:45am and leave the next day around 8:30am. Any suggestions as to how to spend my time? I was debating taking a tour so that I see key sites. Or should I just wing it? Also, as my flight out is early morning, should I stick to an airport hotel? I am trying to conserve money and don't know if the taxi fares are worth it.
Thoughts?

I agree. Get into town. Walk around the reconstructed old town area. Don't sleep near the airport unless you have to, and you don't have to.
