I was hoping my husband and I could get some input on choosing a hotel in Oia, Santorini. We're leaning towards Delfini and Aris Caves, but cannot decide which one to book. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences they could possibly share??

I don't know how much help I can be, as I haven't stayed there yet, but we just booked with Aris Caves. Make sure to check out trip advisor and both the hotels you listed have pretty lengthy input regarding people's personal experiences (and photos).
I just wanted to give you a heads up that if you are looking to book at Aris Cave's you'll want to do it pretty far in advance. We requested room #5 or #7 for our stay in September, and were notified that they only had #1 left (so we took it). Also, be advised Aris Caves requires a minimum of 4 nights stay and you have to pay 1/2 of that rate in advance (I didn't notice the 4 night minimum on their website). Good luck in your decision!
