Wife and I are off to Croatia in August, and would like to take a day trip from Rovinj to Tito's former retreat, Brijuni Islands. Given that we'll be without wheels, what is the best public transportation option? Will we need to take a bus to Pula, and then backtrack in order to catch a ferry? Any help from experienced travelers would be much appreciated.
