I am traveling to Turkey in a few days. I have read in the past of touts making life miserable and very confusing for bus passengers arriving in Nevsehir (and that often bus drivers are working with the touts to convince you to get on a taxi or something when I've already made hotel, tour arrangements, and hopefully bus connections too-that is what I'm uneasy about). I'm taking an overnight bus from Antayla to Urgup. My agent says to stay on the bus on arrival to Neveshir-it should then proceed to Goreme and then Urgup. Does anyone have any RECENT experience in doing this? Is it still a problem there? Any tips you found useful to avoiding difficulties would be appreciated. Thank you.
