Hello I am traveling to Dubai, Turkey and Greece in May. I am having a very difficult time planning this trip due to the limited information of ferries. If someone can help me plan this, I will greatly appreciate it. I want to travel los angeles to dubai to antalya, fly to izmir, drive to bodrum, take a ferry to rhodes, ferry to santorini and ferry to mykonos and back to los angeles. Is this doable?

Ferry-wise from Bodrum>Rhodes>Santorini>Mykonos>Athens, yes. It might be necessary for you to fly from Antalya to Istanbul to pick up a flight to Izmir. I'm not that familiar with all the Turkish airlines and their routes.
Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways are the Greek companies you will use starting on Rhodes. Be sure to check the Blue Star website so you know what departure dates are available to you, Rhodes>Santorini. It's not daily but MWF.
From Bodrum to Rhodes it's a smaller local ferry probably once a day.
