I found 4 hotels on Mykonos using booking.com that are designated for backpackers. I don't think there's an actual "hostel" on Mykonos. The problem you are going to have is with availability in August. You should have booked a couple of months ago. Ibiscus Hotel, Hotel Nazos, Galini Hotel, Hotel Milena.
