We're planning to drive through the Mani Peninsula in late September. We would be leaving from Monemvasia and ending at either Pyrgos Dyrou or Kardimyli. We thought it could be done in one day but we're having second thoughts. We're now thinking of going only as far as Vathia and omitting Cape Tenaro. Has anyone driven the Mani Peninsula? How long did it take? Did you go to Cape Tenaro? Was it worth the extra time?
