Hi planning a trip to Prague and Krakow. Wonder if there are any good reputable local tour agency to recommend. Do provide website if possible! Thanks!!

Most of what you want to see in Krakow is within the walls of city. If staying near the square, you can walk to the castle, the old ghetto and other sites. Inexpensive buses are available to go to the salt mine and another inexpensive bus can be taken if you wish to visit Auschwitz. If you wish to see areas around Krakow I'm sure you can find help at the TI in the square. We did not use a tour guide in Prague and found the city quite easy to see using trams and buses. Your hotel could probably find you a local tour company if you wish to travel outside the city. Day trips are available to Cesky Krumlov and other sites outside of Prague.

In Prague, we used Sarka Pelantova (a RS recommendation). She is one of the best we have ever used.
