local guide in Hungary

Is there a way to contact Peter, the man who was a personal local guide to Rick when he was in Budapest? And is there a website I can visit where local people can be contacted to hire them to provide an insider's guide to the city they live within?

The contacts for his local guides are often listed in his guidebooks so start there. Second, we have always had good luck with using local guides we found through the TI in various cities.
