I would like to know if there is a cheap way to see this city as I am only there for 5hr. I will be departing from a cruise ship.

Are you asking about Limassol in Cyprus or is there a Limassol somewhere in Greece? I did a short google search and didn't find a Limassol in Greece.
If Cyprus, then the main part of Limassol is easily walkable - now sure how far the docks are but I'm assuming just a short ride to the center of town.

Sandy, as the first poster said, Limassol is easily walkable. Was there in November; ship provided buses to the town center (a pretty long walk). We took a side street (I think to the northeast) and within a block found a lovely indoor/outdoor (covered) cafe where we sat and had local cheeses and wines. We were near a park and could see the bay. Most of the shops are pretty touristy, but it was a pleasant day, and we had a delightful time sitting, munching, drinking, and chatting. Enjoy.
