I was late for a plane and had to run to catch it, when checking in the big bag at british airways i put small , sac-like black bag on the floor and left it there, only to remember about it on the plane, inside there was ipod and camera and book, Im hoping someone would return it to lost and found or to me directly, it has my email in ipod notes and address, this is a long shot but it beats doing nothing, A reward will be issued if someone had found it and contact me. Please )

Contact your airline immediately. They may have it in their possession. Or, sadly, it may have grown legs and walked away.

I called but they said that if it was not a checked in item it would have been turned over to the lost and found , so iam hoping that calling them every day to check up may do some good, but it might have grownd a pair and walked away .

That is very unfortunate Daniel and I hope you get your bag back. It was most likely viewed as "suspicious" but maybe upon inspection TSA or some officials realized your mistake and turned it in. Since you had ID within the bag that is a big plus.
